Eric Eingold, Esq.
From 2017 - 2019, Eric was an Equal Justice Works Fellow, sponsored by ALM. His fellowship project focused on utilizing New York State, City, and federal laws to fight criminal records-based employment discrimination. Before becoming an Equal Justice Works Fellow, Eric joined Youth Represent as part of Brooklyn Law School’s inaugural class of Public Interest/Public Service Fellows. Eric graduated cum laude from Brooklyn Law School where he was an Edward V. Sparer Public Interest Fellow, an International Human Rights Fellow, and an Associate Managing Editor of the Brooklyn Journal of International Law. Eric graduated from the University of Central Florida with a B.A. in political science, and has a Master’s Degree from The New School for Social Research. For his master's research, Eric conducted an ethnography of undocumented restaurant workers in New York City. He is admitted to practice in New York State, the Southern District of New York, and the Eastern District of New York.
