Joel Copperman joined the Center for Alternative and Employment Services (CASES) in 1990 as the organization's first Executive Director. Most recently, Joel has served on the Commission on Youth, Public Safety & Justice, the Executive Committee of the Task Force on Behavioral Health and the Criminal Justice System and on the Board of Directors of the Coalition of Behavioral Health Agencies. Joel is also the Chair of the Board of Directors of the Human Services Council. Joel holds a B.A. from Bradley University, a J.D. from Boston University School of Law, and an M.P.P. from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
