Saskia joined Youth Represent as a 2015 Skadden Fellow, and currently leads the Criminal Record HUB project and Youth Represent's medical-legal partnership with the Mount Sinai Adolescent Health Center. Saskia graduated cum laude from American University Washington College of Law where she served as Symposium Editor of the Journal of Gender, Social Policy & the Law, participated as a mentor to incarcerated youth, and pursued her passion of advocating for young people through various clinics and internships. Prior to law school, Saskia worked as a mental health therapist with court-involved youth and their families in New York City and San Diego, CA. Saskia graduated from the University of San Diego with an M.A. in Marital and Family Therapy, and has a B.S. from the University of Pittsburgh.
