Youth Represent’s 2023-2028 Strategic Plan is a youth-driven, group-up strategy that will advance our commitment to equity and anti-racism, center youth voices, and deepen our impact. The plan continues our focus on youth, while expanding our ability to let young people drive the direction of our policy and strategic litigation work.
