Jeanne Byrd Adams is the Vice President, Diversity & Inclusion for the Institutional Securities Group at Morgan Stanley. Prior to her current work, Jeanne spent 9 years at Year Up, where she worked closely with Youth Represent to support and educate program participants. With over 15 years in non-profit, social service, and program management, Jeanne has dedicated her life to serving people and being a connection to opportunities. Jeanne is a graduate of Howard University School of Social Work (Master of Social Work) and Spelman College (BA, Psychology). Outside of work, Jeanne produces and assists with the Miss USA state pageant systems in Maryland, New Jersey, and New York. She is also a wellness advocate, coining the phrase, “Make Healthy Choices.” Jeanne is a wife, mother, daughter, and aunt born and raised in Woonsocket, Rhode Island.
