Zoya Khan

Operations Associate

Zoya is a community organizer and cultural worker committed to creating spaces that center healing and collective power. Prior to joining Youth Represent, she supported survivors of gender-based violence with Asiyah Women’s Center and worked with the Rikers Public Memory Project to preserve the stories of those directly impacted by mass incarceration. Zoya is also the founder of Queer Muslims of New York, a growing collective that fosters belonging and celebration through community gatherings and mutual care. She is a trained abortion doula and brings a background in event production, nonprofit operations, and grassroots organizing to her work. Zoya is passionate about building systems that support sustainable, people-centered work.
