The Court in the Second Circuit recently ruled that national criminal justice statistics are insufficient to support claims of a company's discrimination against applicants with convictions. This decision will disproportionately harm workers of color and we're doing everything we can to stop it from becoming the law of the land.
We implore the court to rethink this decision.
