Ahsan Ijaz founded The Ijaz Group in 2008 while he was still attending George Mason University. What started off as a one-man shop doing bookkeeping services for small clients has evolved into a global firm serving 50+ nonprofits, tech firms and small to mid-size businesses. Ahsan gained vast experience in public accounting over the last 16 years working with organizations in all areas of accounting and finance.

Working closely with nonprofits, Ahsan has led finance teams ranging from one to thirty members. He has successfully presented financials to executive boards and assisted them in understanding the complexities within. Not only has he played an integral part in crafting financial plans for his clients, but he consistently advises on creating financial strategies that allow organizations to succeed. With Ahsan’s diverse professional background, he has become a trusted business advisor to executive directors and CEOs of organizations throughout the United States.
