Growing up on the vibrant island of Trinidad, Keon was imbued with a strong sense of community and the importance of creating opportunities for everyone, irrespective of their background.

Keon is a Senior Director of Global Payroll at General Atlantic and has over 12 years of experience in Human Resources, Finance and Accounting. He holds a BS in Finance from St. John's university. 

Keon is a proud husband and father of an energetic little boy.
